Cricketics
Aakash Chopra made another double ton this season.. knock knock selectors.. may be thats what he is saying.. Link to comment
Mr. Wicket
Not knock knock... more like banging down the door... Great stuff from him. Hope his consistency in the last year or so gets its due reward. Link to comment

Guest dada_rocks
wud be hard not to pick him Link to comment
THX_1138
he was needlessly dropped. if i bloke scores in australia, you hang onto him, if only for just that purpose. not to mention that he was a more than useful close in fielder. Link to comment
Guest dada_rocks
sitter goes down at forward short leg . akash chopra wud have lapped it up.. very bad bowling today... sachin sud have come earlier Link to comment
bharat297
Yeah Chopra would be a good selection as someone who could shut out Lee and Tait Link to comment
Dooks
No one care about Akash Chopra. He has had his time. End of story. Link to comment
bharat297
^ Haha ... Yes brilliant approach to selection. :hysterical: Link to comment
The Outsider
Chopra was dropped to accommodate poster boy after a couple of failures. Didn't deserve to be dropped in the first place and with this performance should be going to Australia if Sehwag doesn't. To add to it, his fielding at short leg is just on another plane from Karthik. Link to comment
Anakin
Karthik is mostly all style without substance when it comes to fielding, I'll bet he's dropped more catches than any one else in the team so far in his short career. Link to comment
Sachinism
i think gambhir made a 100 in his game too its gotta be between these both and id still go for gambhir Link to comment
Guest dada_rocks
It was failure in two series against pakistan and aussies that saw Chopra out of favour of selectors.. Link to comment
Guest dada_rocks
I would take both sehwag and Chopra along with jaffer to Aussie land.. Who gets to play can in XI can be decided later.. Yuvraj is not going to get look-in in the middle order hence it's waste of space keeping him in XV Link to comment
The Outsider
^ Not 2 series. He was dropped after one poor Test at Lahore, where everyone else also failed. Was brought back for Bangalore, where he failed, only to be dropped for the next test at Chennai. Brought back again for Nagpur, where he failed again along with everyone else and discarded permanently. Link to comment
