Pakistan were just being pointlessly defensive chasing a much easier total on a pitch they're more used to playing against an inferior bowling line-up. In our case, what did us was the fact that we just don't have a deep batting line up. We had to preserve wickets till the last 15 or so overs because Jadeja and Ashwin don't inspire much confidence. Truth is, the match was gone when Rohit Sharma got out. We needed one of our top order batsmen to play close to the end to chase 329. Raina, Rahane and Dhoni alone couldn't have won us the game from that position.
