Crookbond Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 I would love to see Stephen Fleming as our next coach. Langer and Hussey would be my next choices. Fleming is a pipe dream - he has no time due to the demands of travel with the Indian cricket team; a young family. IPL gives him the money and he doesn't really have to push himself.
MK55 Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 So who are the contenders for bowling coach? Gillespie, Brett Lee (unlikely), Bichel, Flemming, Bond (very unlikely), Pollock (unlikely) , Bishop, Srinath ? Don't know how many of them are willing to commit for such a position. Are there others?
Lord Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Lets see who replace them.FFS get a good bowling coach.If anyone listened to Shoaib Akhtar when India were bowling you would understand the difference between the thinking/planning of a very good fast bowler and our bowlers and some Bharat Arun isnt good enough to change it. Our bowling did very well in this WC,but lets sack the bowling coach coz hes Indian and some guy can commentate well.Good player or commentotor doesnt make good coach.No need to fix whats not broken
