Ram Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 Boss, how many times am i supposed to repeat the same points to you ? The answers the questions you have asked here have already been given in the "counties drop referral experiment" thread. Yet, you keep asking the same questions, again and again. Sorry, I couldnt be bothered to sound like a broken record.

Ram Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 sorry MM I dont see any answers in any of your past posts ... you just make proclamations .. to the effect that its not part of the game and such .... such things cannot stand scrutiny accountability and the basic ethos of fair play justice and simple natural justice. You support a un-democratic and totalitarian system with no accountabilty. End of. You dont see answers, just proclamations ? hmmm...I am kinda wondering if all the effort i put in the debate was worth it, considering most of it seems to have gone right over the top of your head. Your main problem is that you tend to associate terms like undemocratic, totalitarian, accountability, natural justice with what is essentially a past time. You simply dont understand cricket enough for you to understand what i am talking about. And worse, you have not even made an effort to understand what i am saying. I think its just totally useless for us two to debate on this any further. Let this shall be the last volley between us on this topic.
MundaPakistani Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 hain ? are you confusing Leg stump with middle stump and Top with center .... :P :nervous: No...we aren't talking about Dravid's escape at Delhi:D

Ram Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 I am out. There is no point spending energy, typing countless words, when it is evident that your niether interested in what i have to say, nor do you make an effort to get my point of view.

Dhondy Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 And again, and again. Dravid given out by Taufel to Kaneria, after negating numerous such appeals by Kumble. Ganguly's edge off Kaneria missed by Taufel. The howler of the day from Koertzen, predictably. Huge gap between bat and ball, mishears the soft thhink of bat on toe, and gives Yuvraj out. Christmas for Sami, whose bowling average suddenly improved by a full 10%. Keep it up, umpires.
fineleg Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 MM, I dunno what to say after reading things like L.H.S != R.H.S This game is being spoilt by these nonsensical decisions. There is a way to get atleast some of this right by using tech, and we dont want to grab it with both hands. *sigh* looks like ICC has a lot of folks who think like you, oh wait, lets have the Aus and Eng clamoring for it if negative things happen to them, and then ICC ppl will change sides :D
fineleg Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Inconsequential - BUT - Faisal Iqbal plumb LBW to AK in 2nd Inn - Not given by Rudy. Ball kept low, and hitting middle and leg. Another poor decision. When India bowls LBWs not given, but when Jaffer was hit, up went the finger, RD was hit on pads, up went the finger.

fineleg Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Disgusting really ... how anyone can justify all this is beyond me  Plumb decisions repeatedly turned down when indian bowlers operate. This is sheer madness. Our players should stage a walkout rather than continue bowling, in order to protest against such disgusting umpiring.
fineleg Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Kumble had Mohd. Yousuf LBW (ball hitting leg stump) in 2nd Inn. Not given by rudy koertzen  Not as plumb as Faisal Iqbal's (middle and leg) above, but it was hitting leg stump.
Sachinism Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 i want to see a compilation of all the bad decisions in this match hope someone can make a vid and then we should send off to ICC and tell them to review their "elite panel"
fineleg Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 i want to see a compilation of all the bad decisions in this match hope someone can make a vid and then we should send off to ICC and tell them to review their "elite panel" Right, those morons (ICC) are next only to BCCI. If you send them $ bills, they will gladly pocket it. Anything else will find its way to trash bin.
donkey Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 worst umpiring I have ever seen.....cricinfo didnt even report one quarter of them..amazingly not a single bad decision went in favor of india....n there were atleast a dozen of them....misbah was caught behind when he was on 1....for me that wud have wrapped up the game
kumble_rocks Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Even I can't defend Taufel anymore. His umpiring was horrendous this series ... especially this test !
