Str8Drive Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Saw this thread somewhere else and its quite possible, they're playing in familiar territory and also have established batsmen. Can Engys finally break World Cup jinx?
G_B_ Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Well they did reach the finals of the Champions Trophy in 2004 and 2013 when it was held in England. Where they always seem to falter is the finals. More of a mental thing but the ability is there in local conditions.
Gollum Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Too too too early to say man. But they do have a good record at home. They made the finals of CT2013 and CT2004 and lost both those matches from sureshot winning positions. I reckon they will be in the reckoning once again irrespective of how these 4 years go for them.
sourab10forever Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Root, buttler, bell will be the ones to look out for.

Can Engys finally break World Cup jinx? In England's case, it is not the World Cup jinx, but ODI aukaat that keeps them from winning.
