In a blatant display of muscle power that has been caught on camera, brother of Don Zafar Supari, Khan Mumbarak is seen terrorizing a businessman. The video shows the businessman being beaten up first with whip after which a bottle is kept on the man’s head, while Mumbarak is seen with a gun taking a shot at the bottle. The terror and humiliation can be seen clearly on the businessman’s face for reportedly not returning money to don’s younger brother. The incident took place in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh and the episode is another proof of muscle power reigning in Akhilesh Yadav’s headed Uttar Pradesh. http://www.newsx.com/regional/6487-newsx-exclusive-atrocious-act-by-don-zafar-supari-s-brother-khan-mubarak-caught-on-camera

Since mid nineties, Anyone getting a job in Police without kickback or connection or reservations has become a rarity. Situation is so worse that now even reservation candidates are coming with kickback and connection. Now all these corrupts have swarmed up UP administration. No doubt a administration full of candidates from kickbacks find it natural to be on side of goons and politicians then general population of UP. IIRC, Nothing happened in case of murder of DSP Zia Ul Haq, where allegedly it was all done at Kunda MLA Raja Bhaiya behest. UP is full of goons. There is a bigger and more extensive VYAPAM in UP.

Ind cannot progress if it has to carry the burden of such states. Strong steps have to be taken to combat such behavior .... I can't even imagine how difficult it must be to live in such regions for people with no connections. It would be like living in the jungles where a beast could hunt you down any moment At the extreme end - the center needs to identify states with extensive mafia-govt nexus. May be impose some kind of emergency or president's rule there, weed these elements out, clean the system, and monitor and control by having stringent laws against activities such as corruption which makes people with money/power/etc. feel invincible At the current pace, it will take another 100 years or so to see a positive change on a large scale

Unfortunately no political party is ineterested in division of UP because UP is the key to Delhi. Only Mayawati paased the bill to divide UP. But she is not supported by BJP, Congress or even samajwadi party as smaller states will help emergence of new parties

Unfortunately no political party is ineterested in division of UP because UP is the key to Delhi. Only Mayawati paased the bill to divide UP. But she is not supported by BJP' date=' Congress or even samajwadi party as smaller states will help emergence of new parties[/quote'] UP decides who rules the centre. People have been supporting congress for ages and didnt get anything in return. Any faith they put in Congress has been totally decimated. Before blaming UPIItes one must remember that they have been scr3w3d left and right by VP Singhs caste division policy. Divisive policy has worked very well. Tilak(Brahmins) tarzoo (Bania) aur talvaar (Kshtariya/Thakusr), Inko maaro joota chaar was once a election cry. Atleast Mayavati built Noida. SP MLA Azam Khan managed couple of years back Kumbh Mela very well including the infra development of Allahabd. But since then Akhilesh's party have gone back to Mulayams party.
