If the Govt schools are not in good shape its because of the failure of Govt/civil service - why should children be forced to go to a particular kind of school because of the failure of their parents? The children are in no way responsible for the bad state of Govt schools so why are they being made part of this punishment given to Govt/civil servants?

It is certainly not the fault of those who have to attend these public school. I personally see it as a good decision. Because of handful kids now, the standard of the schools will go super high in no time.

I am speechless at the stupidity of this judgment, which is saying something given our messed up judicial system in general.
