ZodiaC
I'm more worried about Jaddu, if he does well in this series then we're fecked. Link to comment
ZodiaC
Rohit = Umar Akmal 2.0 Rohit has got more than enough chances, anyways if he can consistently perform in this series, then alright, he can be persisted with. Or else he should never enter near the stadium even as a spectator as of now. Link to comment
Cricketics
He is class no doubt, but he needs to perform. Can't be taken for granted all the time. Just 5 months left before the World Cup to start. Link to comment
Andy
Anyone for Sir Jadeja thread? Or Sir J of ICF to open it and call him the next Greatest All-Rounder of this Generation? Link to comment

King Tendulkar
Brilliant double ton by Rohit, his 3rd double and he is only 23. I dont care how fat he is (looks like puppy fat to me) the guy is pure class and must be in odi side at least and in test squad. The guy is the real deal! Link to comment

To me he would seem to have more success in Tests where he can take his time and play his shots, unlike ODI where he comes down the order in crunch time or after a epicfail top order collapse and plays tuk tuk and gets out. King Tendulkar
^ agree to me is a test player. However, truly believe if give a licence in odis he could do some really spectacular innings. The guy is the best young batter we have. I maintain he will be a superstar Link to comment
Sid
Easy on guys, let him score consistently throughout this seson, hold on to your praises till the time he really makes it big at Intl. level and show some consistency Link to comment
Ranjha
This guy is talented...no doubt but very inconsistent. Link to comment
fineleg
3 dropped catches 2 dropped within space of 3 overs. One of them a simple one by W Saha in early overs of the morning. Ok, 200 is still appreciated, but these chances will be gobbled up in a real international match by an Aus or NZ or Eng or whatever team. Link to comment

He will make you eat your nohit jibes in future, just like Dravid and Tendulkar rammed down your constant hammering of them down your throat! Link to comment
Shane
These bowlers wont really test Rohit on such slowish tracks, expect him to score tons more against the likes of Railways, Assam, Gujarat etc. His real test would be in the quarters/semis against the likes of UP, Karnataka on hopefully some lively pitches. Gunner_Mania
I guess his talent was never questioned, it was his attitude towards the game and fitness which basically made him inconsistent. KT the difference between Rohit Sharma & the Dravids & Tendulkars is their attitude towards the game hasnt changed from when they started playing cricket to now, but Rohit et all only seem to showcase their talent when they have been put down or criticised. Sachin=GOD
If only this guy was more consistent he would have a permanent spot in the ODI team at least. When in form, he looks absolutely classy and is a treat to the eyes but sadly those days are few and far between. Link to comment
