We have a decent allrounder in S Mundhe, plays for Maharashtra, bats decently, n has some skills bowling wise, has won games with bat n ball, also can move the ball well at around 130 S , has a good action

India needs to play these kind of players.....atleast then a clear message will be send out to state cricket boards and players that india is in need of a decent all-rounder....

well, it will make a huge difference and slowly but surely good all-rounders start coming from domestic circuit

I want hardik to come good ( no pun intended)

but the question is is he good enough to get into the side on his batting or bowling alone?

allrounders should always be a bonus in test cricket where one talent is an added bonus to their specialist skills.

Nope...he is not good enough just for his batting or bowling.....

but allrounders should be developed, if we can't find them....

Just look at England,...they always invest in all-rounders and they find good ones...

Andrew flintoff was a media-core bowler and pathetic batsmen when he started off......and he turned into a very good all-rounders...

More or less....same can be said about Ben stokes....

Now we have lot of options for seam bowling allrounder position...Rishi Dhawan,Hardik Pandya,Vijay Shankar etc

Rishi Dhawan will never be an all rounder for India and can only be bits n pieces as his bowling is trundling, Hardik, Irfan, S Mundhe R the only options currently .Selectors have to look at Irfan n not be biased or afraid as he is performing great, n only thing that should count is form n not being injured before held against him or any player, if he is fit bowling around 130s then why not as he can change the dimension of the team also has very good technique against fast bowlers n can serve us in tests n Pandya need to be groomed in T20 n ODI gradually
