I have seen them given almost always. Ex. Sehwag agaisnt Mcgrath second innings at Mumbai in 04 Was prolly going over but once u shoulder arms, even if its not gonna go on the wicket, it is genrally given.

novpj Posted December 27, 2007 Posted December 27, 2007 I think I have an idea which will make MM and BB both happy. Lets use a random no. generator for decisions. This is MM's dream - the game will be so much more interesting since today some obvious not out decisions tend to be given not out!! It will satisfy BB no doubt since we can ensure no bias and introduces technology in the game.
