Brainfade
Can't bloody stop at 3 or 4. I must have eaten 6 for lunch; my stomach says "enough," but the darn taste buds are craving more ... along with milagai (molaga) podi and oil. At my age, it is a recipe for disaster. fineleg
Apo: Yes, forgot the oil. However, I add only a little oil to it. Some folks like to drench it in oil, but I add just enough. Beetle: Its really a great combo if u havent tried it with dosa.
varun
Btw.. why do some people call it "dosai", and others "dosa". How is it actually pronounced ? I've been calling it dosa all my life, though I used to eat it in a very punjabi way with malai (cream) :haha:
