rubbish? you R foolish for not accepting it. Where was pansie ponting or others scoring when top bowlers were around? when top fast bowlers disappeared runs are coming for punter and kallis.

I don't quite believe in these ratings but Sangakkara deserves to be at the top. The top 3 are well worth remaining at the top. It's an interesting stand off between Kallis and Sanga. They both are churning runs at will. Laxman has been quite consistent for India although he's not scoring big hundreds.

ICC Rankings : Ponting back at Number 1, Kumble in top 5 Ganguly also breaks into the top 20. Akhtar sliding out of the top 10.

Hmmm.. not good. Had we won 2-0 in England, we might have been clear number 2!! Anyway, India just can't afford to drop guard at the moment.
I expect us to be number 2 at least for a few days after the England-Sri Lanka series. But rankings aside, it's clear that India is the number 2 team in the world at the moment.
