beetle Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 From now on...every time the aussies move their lips ...accuse them of racism. It doesn't have to be followed by any evidence...just take half the team to the meeting and bully even the refree....
Captain of Bhangra Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 This is the perfect chance to exercise power and show who the daddy is. They have f*cked with us, and now we can show them who they f*cked with. We pull out (with good enough reason), the worst that can happen is that the ICC can ban India from cricket. If they do that, let's see how much money they make, and how they survive. **** you ICC, **** your favourite Aussies, and **** your trained Bandar, Bucknor... :thefinger:
beetle Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Ratnakar Shetty of BCCI not for abanding the series He is only interested in counting the money....
kabira Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 You know what will happen.. There will be plenty plenty of phone calls, Bucknor will be removed from the umpire's list, bhajji will play (appeal will be made) and tour will go on.
Prudent Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Niranjan Shah : We will appeal against the decision
varun Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 IMO There will be plenty plenty of phone calls' date=' [/quote']Yes Bucknor will be removed from the umpire's list' date=' [/quote']No bhajji will play (appeal will be made) and No tour will go on.Yes
apocalypse Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 You know what will happen.. There will be plenty plenty of phone calls, Bucknor will be removed from the umpire's list, bhajji will play (appeal will be made) and tour will go on. it is not easy to overturn the ban... if they could have done anything that was when the hearing was going on
beetle Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Tour to go on.....BCCI will appeal.... Bastards ! like they are doing some kind of favour! This is the time for players to come together and let the bcci know that times have changed....ICL is calling.... Then BCCI will understand!
kabira Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Just heard what Kumble said in press conference "There was only one team playing fair cricket..."
varun Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Just heard what Kumble said in press conference "There was only one team playing fair cricket..." I heard his words were "There was only one team playing in the spirit of cricket" which were the exact words uttered by the Australians during the Bodyline series. Ironic isn't it.
kabira Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 not overturning off ban...but appeal will be made..and I guess until appeal is heard, he can play
msb1991 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Listen all, pulling out of a tour is no small business. It will be an international incident and the BCCI want to avoid that.
varun Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Remember the next test is 10 days away. Within 2 days the "chalta hai yaar" attitude will settle in, and everything will be back to business as usual. Kuch cancel nahi hone waala.
jf1gp_1 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Let me say this as politely as i can. BCCI, Indian players dont have the balls to walk away from tour. We are to polite to upset Buknor, ICC , ACB and Aussie fans.
apocalypse Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 sahi main BCCI saale baith kar ghanta baajte hai
CC1981 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Good thing that the tour will keep going. Quitting is for pu$$ies. Better to lose than to quit. And if the loss is due to unfair means like SCG test, well then there is nothing to quit about since you know in your heart that you havn't lost fair and square.
Donny Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 So, your mischievous headline has been changed, Hari. Are we really to believe Anil Kumble talks to you in confidence and you blab it straight to a fansite ? Sure.
