Here law is allowed to abuse Women in the case of Polygamy. This is like child marriage.Just because marriages are abused in practise doesn't mean we allow Child marriage by law. Even the Comptroller and Auditor General doesn't know, wondered the Supreme Court. tweaker Posted May 17, 2017 Author Share Posted May 17, 2017 The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) today told the Supreme Court that triple talaq is a matter of faith being practiced by Muslims for the last 1,400 years and hence the question of constitutional morality and equity did not arise. Stripped of any gungadeens or dhimmis. After congress mukt bharat is achieved in 2 years, Sangh needs to make this their #1 priority. He has been evading the police since May 9 after the Supreme Court sanctioned an arrest warrant against him, sentencing him to a six-month jail term. The Supreme Court had held Karnan in contempt of court following a series of defiant counter-orders he had repeatedly issued against the apex court. tweaker Posted July 5, 2017 Author Share Posted July 5, 2017 The Supreme Court on Wednesday noted that embattled Sahara chief Subrata Roy has deposited Rs 710.22 crore in the SEBI-Sahara account, but warned that its cheque of Rs 552.21 crore must be realised within the July 15 deadline.
