horizonspeaks
Happy moments for me. I would salute CoA for getting it done through a professional manner. Manohar is one of the most incompetent administrators I have ever seen. He was trying to get money from a poor country and distribute it among the rich. He was trying to "invest" money in cricket at places where cricket has no future. I have no issue if BCCI revenue share gets cut. I have loads of problem if that share goes to CA and ECB. I would hope the new admins would be generous to new Test candidates - Afghanistan and Ireland. It makes sense to take a cut to allow more teams in cricket. In fact, they already agreed to take a cut. If required, get some money for Netherlands and Nepal too and provide them with permanent ODI status. I would be pleasantly surprised if I see Limaye has come up with a formula - based on contribution, performance, and equity to set up future distribution. That would be really good for cricket.
