Over 72,000 viewers watched WI win over England on Hotstar

When WI started the day, viewership was less than 20k, but during last hour it rose to 72k on hotstar.

 

That's very good number. Is hotstar cricket streaming available in all countries?

I enrolled in hotstar in India...now I can't even unenroll outside of India (hv to hv a India proxy).

Ind-SL series was not available in India on hotstar, they get star sports shares, but not sony's.

Hotstar shows the number of people watching the stream at top right corner. Didn't take a screenshot, but it was there.

I was one of them. Cricket enthusiasts would like to watch exciting contest regardless of teams. Plus west indies winning is like David vs Goliath matchup, who wouldnt like to see.

Infact, hotstar has pretty good viewership overall. With so much data/bandwidth on offer nowadays, streaming culture is improving.

 

P.S Another good game going on currently on hotstar. Bangladeshs are slaying another Giant.
