Crookbond
So where would u have and how many teams for Elite laden Ranji? I seriously dont understand. Ah ... forget it! :beee: Problem is evem Elite teams dont have 15 high quality FC players that is why some of them even lose yo plate teams in knock outs. Do you think it is a problem of exposure? rkt.india
Ah ... forget it! :beee: Do you think it is a problem of exposure? No. Because they mostly play mediocre bowlers, bowl to mediocre batsmen mostly. That is why a team consisted of quality players from the zones will play better quality cricket and if quality of cricket is better than it will be more competitive and hard which will bring out better players and will make them better as well. rkt.india
If he gets a game for Assam, the 26-year-old left-arm quick Hokaito Zhimomi could become the first first-class cricketer from Nagaland. Zhimomi comes from Sangtamtila village of Dimapur district. He played his junior and club cricket in Kolkata, representing Dalhousie Athletic Club. He was also a part of the extended Kolkata Knight Riders in 2009. He has now moved to Assam. Link to comment
rkt.india
0.15am - Raina drops Sehwag Sharda Ugra informs me that Suresh Raina has dropped Virender Sehwag at second slip, off the bowling of Bhuvaneshwar Kumar. Delhi are off to an uncharacteristically circumspect start. They are 20 for 0 after 10 overs. And Sehwag, imagine that, has scored just 14 in 10 overs Cricinfo live blog. http://blogs.espncricinfo.com/ranji-trophy-live/2012/11/ranji_trophy_201213_round_i_da.php#more Link to comment

Vivek Razdan, former India, Delhi and Tamil Nadu quick, who also made his ODI debut along with Sachin Tendulkar who is still playing, calls the first drinks break of the season "hydartion break" on Star Cricket. At the first hydration break, Bengal, asked to bat, are 45 for 1. Subhomoy Das 24 not out, Writam Porel 13 not out. The pitch already showing signs of variable bounce.
