An injury-hit Royal Challengers Bangalore side endured yet another blow on Monday when batsman Sarfaraz Khan hurt himself during a practice game at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. The 19-year-old slid as he chased the ball in the field, and immediately appeared to be in pain. He had to be stretchered off. A few minutes later, however, Sarfaraz was able to limp back to the dressing room. After it was initiated by the CSA that it would permit its players in Indian only up to May 7, the Indian board had requested their players’ participation till May 15.
