BJP old leadership will be now daily news, allowing fringe to polarise the mahaul more till the grand finale during the GE in 2019... Current leadership of BJP won't mind this... kills many birds in one go without them directly getting involved. Don't have to now back Advani for presidential candidacy. Better options will be available.
