Once a user is banned, the User get's a rank/title of Banned (preferable in RED and/or a BANNED profile icon). This will help in doing 2 things: 1. Existing members will be able to know that the Troll/Member has been "taken care of". 2. Give clear indications to other trouble makers to create trouble at their own peril.
