The answer is yes But the environment could be in ruins before Ind gets to that point. It is scary that a large percentage of Ind is young and equipped to create more damage For me environment and planet are top priority. How ppl who have acted irresponsibly so far do well economically or try to secure their retirement is not an issue for me. A price has to be paid. I would like to evaluate the result of a blanket ban on having new kids till a certain point in future, not have kids till people are in their 30s and the option of making people pay to have kids Edited October 7, 2017 by zen
