No...why any of those? Let the families decide how they want to function instead of having  fixed rules.

Democracy for adults  is better than either of those two.

Slapping pedophile accusation on someone based on one video here he plants a kiss on the cheek of a minor girl may be a bit premature. After all, it could have been harmless. In india, it is culturally acceptable to plant a kiss of a young boy/girl by a stranger out of affection. In USA, it would be odd indeed. It is hard to know what was in his mind. Does he prior history of doing this? What does the girl say? Lots of questions to be answered before a grave accusation like that can be thrown at someone.

Here in Australia that would be considered sexual molestation/sexual assault on a minor and he would be doing jail time and have to register on a sex offenders register.

 

He will be on that list all his life and he won't be allowed to live near schools or where children frequent don't know how it works in India.
