BCCI Should countersue PCB for $200 mn for Breach Of Contract

PCB keeps on insisting it is not MOU but a contract than BCCI should countersue them for revenue lost because of dissolution of Big 3 model. I am not calling it a contract as it is not one but if PCB insists it is then they should be countersued.

Currently PCB is acting bold etc. but if there is a threat of counter lawsuit they might come to their senses (not really).

Why? If Pakistan claims it was a contract and part of the deal was supporting big 3 and since that did not happen it is a breach of contract. The main point is if Pakistan does not feel the heat of this lawsuit and they will keep on bothering till there is a threat of counter lawsuit. There should be some consequence for their misadventure.
