Following changes needed to the original table...

 

1. India is closer to Brazil or Argentina with Wi falling away.

 

2. Pakistan is like Uruguay living off its past glories and getting kicked out at Group stages. They aren't Argentina unless you consider Babar Azam similar to Messi 

 

3. SL are not France. They're more like Belgium (or Hungary) who had one golden generation and nothing before or since.

A lot has changed in last 8 years, with SL, Pak in free fall. At the time of this thread, Pak had drawn their second consecutive series in Eng (a place where we had a horrendous record that decade), besides holding CT title. SL whitewashed RSA in RSA around that period. 

 

Babar Azam was very promising that time, never kicked on.

Yup things have changed. Other than SENAI, rest of the teams make up the numbers.
