And in that scenario, their bowlers will do better with the duke ball than ours.  If there is plenty of help for the bowlers, even Pandya is moving the ball and taking wickets.  Reduce the help to bowlers, and the England bowlers' experience and local knowledge will become a bigger factor...
Not really on flat pitches pace will become imp and spinners will come in to fore.On good batting pitches I expect India to beat this England side .

Batting 1st made a big difference in this test match.

I don't think 1.5 decent innings have ironed out all the flaws in batting department.

Can India chase 150+ in 4th innings against four fired-up English seamers? I'd still bet on no.

Kohli can use bit of luck with the toss as Root won't show that generosity again.

Relatively speaking Eng has an unidimensional attack. If the pitch is batting friendly, our batting is likely to out perform Eng as Pujara, Rahul, etc become a force. And the chances of Kohli getting the unplayable ball reduce .... And our bowling variety, assuming everyone in the squad is fit and well oiled by now, can be a handful like we saw how Bumrah bowled in the last session y’day

Good point. Sam Curran added bit of variety and got left out. Four right arm bowlers bowling at 85mph and a pretty loose spinner.

Broad should have made way for Stokes given how well Anderson, Curran, and Woakes had done in first 2 test matches.
