Mr. Wicket Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 http://cricketarchive.com/Archive/Scorecards/58/58649.html
Ram Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Laxman, Kanitkar, Sriram, Sanghvi, Lee, Symmonds and Michael Hussey, some of the notable names in that list.
Gambit Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Wow. For me, one name stands out on that scorecard. Panjak Dharmani. What a career it could have been... BTW Rahul Sanghvi opened the bowling :hysterical:
Mr. Wicket Posted February 24, 2008 Author Posted February 24, 2008 BTW Rahul Sanghvi opened the bowling :hysterical: And took 8 for the match! Another potential big name was Matt Nicholson who did a fine job in the first innings with the ball. There were many who felt Nicholson had it in him to be a major player with the ball for Aus, but he never really could force his way in ahead of the likes of McGrath, Fleming, Gillespie and co. One test v. England where he got taken apart in the first innings by Stewart and Ramprakash ended it for him.
The Outsider Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 I bet if there was an under 10 cricket league, Laxman would have still hammered the Aussies.
Dhondy Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Some things never change though...Brett Lee being hammered by VVS Laxman, for example.:haha:
