Ram
Yup. This is the strongest battery of pace bowlers we have ever had. Link to comment
Holysmoke
yes.. this is good stuff :D Link to comment
sandeep
hang on, ishant duly cleaned up craperara and SL was coasting after that - its praveen kumar bhaiyyaji bowling well under the conditions and the $hitty batting by SL that led them to fold under 200. Let's not get too carried away now. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Yes this is a very good thread. Good point. Shows how much better our bowlers are now with our battery of pacers. Also how much better our fiedling is we seem to take so many of our chances now and dont drop many. We are serious bowling/fielding unit now. The best we have ever had. We really are capable of skittling teams out now and actually do Link to comment

Rohan495
Indian bowling should be rotational Since there is a lot of good young bowling talent, the likes of Zaheer, RP, Ishant, Irfan, Sreesanth, Munaf, Praveen Kumar. This will make Indian bowlers worry about their bowling a lot more. No player should just be dumped. Link to comment
mhr123
Munaf looks Lifeless (Bejaan - maara huaa) when he bowls... and u hardly see him enjoying his bowling or at least making an effort . Link to comment
The Outsider
Varun, in 2003 we played quite a few minnow matches in the WC which might affect those numbers. Moreover, bowling out teams for less than 220 in modern ODIs is a whole different proposition than 10 years back. But yes, 2003 was a superb year for our bowlers with all the pacers on fire. Zakhmi
Praveen seems to be a medium-pacer, right? whats his speed, if anyone knows here? Link to comment
Kartikey
U cant drop them if they're playing well, that would disrupt their rythm. But yes if its a big series like this one, do what Aus did with Brett Lee. Link to comment
eternalhope
Praveen seems to be a medium-pacer, right? whats his speed, if anyone knows here? He is in the 120 - 130 kph range Link to comment
