Tapioca Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Harbhajan in hot water again, up to his armpits HARBHAJAN SINGH could find himself in trouble with the International Cricket Council after he reportedly made monkey gestures towards the Sydney Cricket Ground crowd during India's victory in the first tri-series final yesterday. One spectator sitting in the Bill O'Reilly stand, Craig Woodbury, said Harbhajan also spat towards the crowd after they called him "a ******". "He definitely made the monkey gestures and he spat towards us," Woodbury said. "It was a bit disgraceful really, especially after what happened here in the Test match [with Symonds]. "There are a lot of young people sitting here and it was inappropriate. He is a role model to a lot of people. If he wants respect he has to treat others with respect. Basically, we will abuse him, we will call him a w** and whatever we feel like, it is fine; but if he does anything in return, it is disgraceful. If he wants respect, he has to treat the crowd with respect. The reverse does not apply. http://www.smh.com.au/news/cricket/harbhajan-singh-in-hot-water-again/2008/03/02/1204402272290.html
Dhondy Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Read a few articles in various newspapers. The Aussies are hurting....badly. They are in a very unusual position, being comprehensively outplayed, and are having to look for crumbs of comfort in individual performances, resorting to damning the opposition with faint praise, a role Indians and the Poms have played to perfection over the years. Don't expect earth shattering praise even if India win this series. Expect to hear how off-field activities "overshadowed" what went on the pitch.

Ram Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Almost poetic justice, with Bhajji getting two of his biggest on field nemesis. Actions speak louder than words !

Predator_05 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Yep, concrete and irrefutable proof. CASE CLOSED :hysterical:
Anakin Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 :haha::haha:At least that's more proof than procter, or whoever the match ref was, needed for sydney test.
Mandrake Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 So next time Bhajji eats a banana on the field he's gonna be banned:hysterical:
Desi Cartman Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 So next time Bhajji eats a banana on the field he's gonna be banned:hysterical: I think that would be hillarious.. wont be surprised if he does it :giggle::giggle:
The Outsider Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 LMFAO @ the proof!!:hysterical: No matter how thick headed Harbhajan is in general, I think he would have to be really really stupid to pull off another monkey gig. He knows that he will get a long long ban if he does so.
udaydewan Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 The name is MADhew Hayden. Not Matthew Hayden. It is downright madness for 36 year old Hayden to invite 19 year old Ishant Sharma in a boxing match. Hayden seems to have lost his mental balance. He no more is Matthew Hayden anymore. He has become MADhew Hayden!
anbuchelvan Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 Aussies do not have armpits :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
