Just forget it, don't feel bad about it. You had no control over his fate.

Army is a noble profession and it makes you a complete man. Maybe subconsciously I never expected any military to be this barbaric.

The other word for Army is defence forces at least in India. They are here to defend the sovereignty of India.

Pakistan army is based on the ideology of sword in one hand and loot in the other.

So if that is indeed a real Indian passport, it only means that Hussein Mubarak Patel entered Iran 17 times on a valid Iranian visa. What has that to do with Pakistan?

The Pakistani narrative here is very far fetched; that Kulbhushan Jadhav crossed over from Iran and carried his fake Indian passport with him. :dontknow:

Also, under the Pakistan Army Act (it is an altogether different arguement if this case merits a court martial or a civil court) Jadhav holds the right to appeal to 3 appellate courts. So far he has been denied this. Pakistan is not withholding its own military law here.

I believe it would be difficult for India to prove that he was abducted from Iran.

Iranian investigators didn't come out to support India's claim that he was abducted from Iran. While it is the most important thing that Iranian investigators come out of this charge against Pakistan.

Another problem is this that India didn't certify his Passport (of Hussain Mubarak Patel) and kept on blaming it to be a forgery. It may go against India at the end.

It was made clear in the point 4 above that Kulbhushan and his family got the chance to avail this chance, but instead of pleading in Pakistani higher courts, his case went to ICJ directly:

//

Kulbhushan Jadhav and his family could have used this provision any time since April 10, 2017 in accordance with Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan. Instead, India moved the ICJ 14 months after Jadhav was arrested and a month after he was convicted to seek a stay order without a hearing.

Iran is yet to conclude its investigation about the abduction of Kulbhushan Yadav. It has taken a very long time, but it hasn't denied or confirmed India's claims.

Also, India's case at the ICJ is primarily about Consular access. It has nothing to do with Kulbhushan's appeals in the Pakistani military court. The two are independent cases and not and either/or as is made out to be. ICJ is not a criminal court and can't mete out any punishment.

I cannot watch any Indo - Pak games now. Pak cricketers might be good people but any game involving them will remind of Captain Kalia from now on. This is not fear, but a rude shock to know how low humanity can fall to.
