I expected it to be in 2018-19 period. It was good to see him visit various countries to create a case against Pak. In terms of foreign relations, Ind is at its strongest in recent decades Brilliant strategy. The only thing that is probably holding Modi is our relatively dated military infrastructure due to facing neglect over the years, along with lack of majority in RS (don't know the current status).
