Kohli is an arrogant young man who is yet to mature in terms of behavioral aspects, however he does not seems to have ego. I have heard him say many times that his team deserved to lose. Such statements are not made by egoistic people. Dhoni is not egoistic but he is a liar which is a worse trait as a captain. Though a successful one having lead to major trophy wins as well as in IPL. Rahane is not egoistic but an unsuccessful captain. Karthik too is not egoistic but someone who has been unable to achieve success as captain. Gambhir had ego but he was successful as captain. Sharma is not egoistic but a successful captain.
