But would rather have sonebody like gill or shaw in the top 6 than dube the batsman

This should be our bowling unit. Chahal Chahar can be the reserve.

 

In a squad of 15 , pick 7 batsman ( two wicketkeeper batsman in pant n rahul) 2 all rounders and 6 frontline bowlers.

 

So for dube the batsman he needs to clinch on of those 5 spots

Gill n shaw are not meant for 5,6 neither do they bowl

I was pointing out his absurd logic of jadhav keeping his place ahead of dube coz we had better win %. So i said if thats the case lets take shankar ahead of jadhav.

 

I knw its not dependant on one man but keeping his own place in team is dependant on him and what he offers

We can start that debate who offers more. Currently in this ODI series the results are out and they are as follows:

 

Dubey  == Fail  == 100%

 

jadhav == Series Winner

 

Now I am also not pleased wit Jadhav's performance and would sit him out the next game. But he does offer more than Dobay does. Atleast I am consistent.

N im consistent with one thing if i see something in some player i beilve in backing him to hilt.

That is fine but at this level you cannot back them indefinitely. Couple of serial failures should lead to bench warming, even if it is one game.
