Who is the best utility player in India besides Hardik.

I think Shankar can be a great addition at number 6. He is technically as good as Vihari and can chip in with useful knocks especially in SENA conditions.  Not to mention his seam bowling will be very useful in those conditions as well. Definitely an upgrade over Pandya for overseas test matches.

at 6 u also need a power game . Shankar is in very mathews or later dhoni mould which worked in a time where targets were 270 but not now. But he isnt a bad option but not the best option for 6 for sure .

I really hope one of abdul samad or Abhishek sharma comes good
