Kohli and Gavaskar also have the best innings/100 among batsmen with 5k or more runs (excl BD and Zim):

Kohli and Pujara, because they are current players, their numbers could change

Since we talked about S Smith, his INNS/100 = 5 .... INNS/50+ of most Indian batsmen is similar at 3 (to not be a key factor among them). Smith's is at 2!

500 or more runs is an exclusive club. Most India batsmen worth their salt have done it even in limited opportunities at times - a large percentage of performances took anywhere from 4 to 8 innings

Ghanta. Exclusivity is consistency for extended period of time, not dominating for 1 series against mediocre bowling, lamb slaughterers

Most of them are the cream of Indian batting including Gavaskar, Kohli, Dravid, and so on

Not only have these champions been consistent but also pushed themselves to gain membership to this exclusive club

Celebrate the champions!

A fake 5 star club. Enjoy your Dravid and Pujara who fail against even decent attacks and slaughter weak bowling

Have to earn the stripes. The list has the cream. There is no one better who has missed out
