umpire Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Is it possible to have IPL stats 1) Top run scorer 2) Top wicket takers 3) most important, leading six hitters etc etc.
Sachinism Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 look on cricinfo, they should have the stats, the official IPL website is too slow to update and it sucks
umpire Posted April 21, 2008 Author Posted April 21, 2008 its better to have it here, hardly go to cricinfo for IPL. I guess it will be too much of work.
Sachinism Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 ok and btw make suggestions here http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=3992

Chandan Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Is it possible to have IPL stats 1) Top run scorer 2) Top wicket takers 3) most important, leading six hitters etc etc. What if I put the cricinfo page here for these stats? TOP RUN SCORER Iframe: Open in new window TOP WICKET TAKER Iframe: Open in new window LEADING SIX HITTER Iframe: Open in new window BEST ECONOMY RATES Iframe: Open in new window
kabira Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 why promote cricinfo from your site. will cricinfo do the same?
Tapioca Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 There have been six MoMs so far and none of them is an Indian.
kabira Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 As Varun mentioned, he can do this in no time, bas saala lazy hai.
Zap_Brannigan Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Thats like asking Jon Stewart on why he is covering the election instead of running in the election.
amits Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 There have been six MoMs so far and none of them is an Indian. just wait for todays match. 1 of the indian players of the delhi daredevils team will walk away with the mom
Laaloo Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Top Wicket taker - Sir Eggy :hysterical: automatic selection for asia cup and CT :P
amits Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 just wait for todays match. 1 of the indian players of the delhi daredevils team will walk away with the mom and again, as usual my predictions come true. sehwag of the delhi daredevils was the mom :D
Chandan Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Indians are slowly warming up in the competition. I hope one of the Indian batsmen finishes the tornament with the orange cap. why promote cricinfo from your site. will cricinfo do the same? Kabira, does cricinfo need any promotion? I just can't imagine any cricket fan who doesn't know of cricinfo. And btw, by putting these stats pages here, are we not protecting some traffic here from going to cricinfo to search these stats?
mhr123 Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Top Wicket taker - Sir Eggy :hysterical: :hysterical:
theguyinallblue Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Chandan..your interest in this IPL has been lukewarm so to say... don't see your analysis on IPL matches..or your opinion on youngsters performances..
Chandan Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Chandan..your interest in this IPL has been lukewarm so to say... don't see your analysis on IPL matches..or your opinion on youngsters performances.. It is not as lukewarm, TGIB. I have watched every match till now, and already the phenomenal hitting of Mccullum is a distant memory. I don't think I'll be able to remember anything from this tournament after 2-3 months. I'm keenly watching the younger talent because they are the ones who need attention, not the big stars. It is very difficult to say anything after just 1 or 2 two matches. Let us see how they proceed.
flamy Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 Can someone pull up some stats as to which bowler has got hit for the most sixes?? I know that actually - :hahaha: Million Dollar MAAKI!!
Chandan Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 McCullum is still the highest run scorer though I'm sure that Sanga would take over from him today once again in the match vs Daredevils. Agarkar and Warne are the highest wicket takers though Agarkar has played one match less than Warne. And McCullum is still the man to have hit the maximum sixes in this tournament till now.
