Mickey Arthur is a good coach

I think he has done a great job grooming some young players in both Srilanka and Pakistan.

 

He was a big backer of Babar Azam apparently he turned out pretty good. I remember him fast tracking Afridi ( sofa) and also backed Fakhar. Only 3 Pakistan players I rate very highly.

 

Few months ago I haven’t even heard or remember any of the Srilankan players.
 

All of a sudden they have a couple of spinners/ allrounders making waves in internationals. Their fast bowling looks decent. 

I think he works well with youngsters . May be with India potentially having a big exodus in the next few years with plenty of players in their 30’s, he might be a good prospect for a coach.
