Cricketics Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 hard, but not impossible for DELHI COME ON DELHI.. WE CAN DO IT..
ludhianvi Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 Dilli can still make it but now they're relying on other teams. They dont control their own destiny anymore:tounge_smile:
Cricketics Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 Dilli can still make it but now they're relying on other teams I DON'T THINKG WE REALLY HAVE TO REALY ON OTHER TEAMS NOW.. JUST THINK OF OUR OWN GAMES.. OTHER RESULTS WON'T MATTER REALLY TO BE FRANK UNLESS WE LOSE ONE THEN IT MIGHT MATTER TO US BUT IF WE ARE WINNING ALL 3 GAMES.. OTHER RESULTS ARE NOT GONNA MATTER JUST GO FOR 3 STRAIGHT WINS..
theguyinallblue Posted May 18, 2008 Posted May 18, 2008 time to update the points table ..as the result of KKR and CSK has been announced...
Prudent Posted May 18, 2008 Author Posted May 18, 2008 time to update the points table ..as the result of KKR and CSK has been announced... Done.
Desi Cartman Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 I DON'T THINKG WE REALLY HAVE TO REALY ON OTHER TEAMS NOW.. I think its better if DD thinks only about their game and wins the next 3 games.. but they have to hope that MI choke big time and KKR continue to play like they have been for last week or so. Even if DD win all 3 , it'll still have 16 points MM has 12 and 4 more Games ...so basically DD needs to win all 3 and hope MI loses 3 out of 4 games :nervous:

Predator_05 Posted May 21, 2008 Posted May 21, 2008 Apart from the top 2, nobody is safe at the moment. Even Chennai, who once looked assured of a place in the semi-final, now find themselves in a tricky position. For the Devils' sake, i'm absolutely delighted that Punjab managed to win today. It allows Sehwag and co. a bit more room to breath. Tomorrow's match against Kolkata is a must win game, but it will all come down to the May 24th fixture at Kotla, when Mumbai visit. The winner of that game will be the 4th semi-finalist. Assuming that Chennai beat Rajasthan at home
ludhianvi Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 If Chennai lose their remaining two games, they could very well go out of the semis as they'll remain on 14 points with a very low runrate. Even Kolkata has a chance to make albeit an outside chance
Cricketics Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 Chennai's next game is against Rajsthan, ROFL ROFL ROFL.. followed by Hyderabad.. who will definately win atleast 1 game before signing off from this tourney
Yuvraj4Captaincy Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 2 more points for Punjab..Table needs to be updated.
ludhianvi Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 Scenario: Chennai lose last game, mumbai win one more game, Delhi & Mumbai into semis Chennai win last game, mumbai win one more game, Delhi and Chennai into semis Chennai win last game, Mumbai win two more games, Mumbai and Chennai into semis
