Rajiv Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I happened to catch a documentary on this wonderful animal on Discovery, I tell ya..I love watching lions but I have never seen anything like this before - These puppies are really rare to find on the mountain ranges of afganisthan. Unlike leopards, their style of hunting is so different..they bounce up and down the mountains, get sneaky like a voyeur, literally turning their faces upside/down and then attack. I mean they fall half the time and start attacking again Their stretching styles are different ( they stand still and have a long stretch ) - and this has to be the one of most hardworking hunters..imagine chasing your prey on the mountain range and get lucky Gorgeous animal
