yes , backing n confidence will make a world of difference and he is a runaway matchwinner but he also needs to improve his skillset. Once a players Cons overweighs Pros then its difficult for any team to balance the combination

Odean is nothing in front of Umran. And obviously, one improves with time. The problem is that we are preparing two major tournaments and there's not a lot of time left to groom players. We are trying players who look atleast half-ready, Umran may not be there. One-dimensional at the moment.

haha ya..Odean..I am not comparing equal to Umran..just stating he seems to improve from what I saw him earlier gettinh git all aroudn the park..

These 2 tournaments are very close..so not for them but we should look in grooming Umran for next phase after them.. not only Umran..but any other upcoming young bowlers too..

Bumrah injury..Bhuvi and Pandya injury prone..this hasnt helped TM..even Harshal got injured..so they may have to bring Shami back or keep backing Avesh..its good that Arshdeep atleast bowls well during death..
