Privacy is privacy..You can't just reveal someone's face for your so called Instagram post. There can be consequences. Fortunately that guy was from well to do family and took care it that way... Kohli could have pressed for criminal charges if he wanted to.

I am not aware of the instance you are talking of, but from your description it looks like someone was dumping trash in a public place. Honestly don’t understand your claim of privacy in a public place, that too while doing an illegal act. Let’s say Virat was wrong with the dumping incident, how does it justify that hotel staff invading his privacy? Not sure which part of the world you are in, but the guy would have been fired in any western nation whether or not the guest was celebrity. Edited November 1, 2022 by IndianRenegade

I never justified the hotel incident,i just said he could have handled it with local administration without making it public on IG. And dumping waste isn't that bigger issue per se , it is not right though. Even in public place you aren't supposed to reveal someone's face for your preaching act. Had you seen in which tone Mrs Kohli was scolding that person. In India trashed by celebrity can have consequences, you are all over the SM . And if you arent aware that guy had filed a lawsuit against Kohli couple and rightly so.. Edited November 1, 2022 by Bigg Brother SRT100 1

It’s okay he shared the story w/o the video though. it’s a lesson to fans to understand there are limits to what’s acceptable when dealing with celebs. SRT100 1
SRT100 Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 I admit I was intrigued into this private insight. However at the back of my head I was thinking this is an invasion of privacy. Fortunately the video presents Kohli in a very positive manner, in being methodical, disciplined and prepared. Still nevertheless the video is wrong.

I dont know about Indian Law, but in Australia in Public there is an expectation that you will be filmed/recorded/photographed.
