India is helping Pakistan?

 It seems India is already helping our dear greenbro neighbors by cleaning out some of the trash that they have accumulated.   The first one is apparently claimed by "Sindhudesh liberation army".  Looks like the Doval Doctrine in action to me - paying out bounties to other greenbro criminals to take out the ones that have on our list.  Cheap.  Effective.  Arms length.

It almost feels weird to have any sort of positive feelings about the death of another human being, but I think in this case, it is "halaal".
