He is indeed the Undisputed King of No balls and Wides. In that 2nd T20 vs SL earlier this year (link shared in above post), he bowled 5 no balls and gave 37 runs in 2 overs.  That's a unbeatable record for most number of no balls bowled by a bowler in a T20 game.

We already hv so many quotas for selection of a player.   In order to make the t20 games more exciting , a new quota is being introduced by Bcci.  'No ball & Wide' Quota.
