Compared to other destinations, Kanpur is not well connected to airports. I strongly feel Ahmedabad, Goa or for that matter Nagpur may be in the mix. The connectivity is not important. All teams travel by chartered flights along with officials, media crew etc. If there is an airport and a home Ranji ground , that should be enough
