We should not make judgements based on performances

1) in India

2) on grounds like Raipur

3) against a bowling line up like that of Aus today

and infer that batter is better than a Pant who before injury we all know was capable of what against what attacks on whatever grounds.

On point 2...it was actually the biggest ground of the series, and wasn't a flat patta which Ishan Kishan got in first 3 games.

Yes its played well as well, not like some other terrible locations where pitch play differently in first and second inning due to dew. The ground was big enough like international standard and pitch played really same throughout the match.

Another good outing for Jeetesh. He should be in the mix.

Every match that he has played, he has shown intent right from ball 1.   Which is refreshing to see.  Unlike some of our overrated batters who indulge in their customary tuk tuking for first few balls regardless of the situation.

That's where I am worried, our coach saheb might consider this intent as recklessness post one failure and replace him with someone who is more "sensible".
