I would not be surprised if this  C team of South Africa did better than the A+++ team of India with Kohli/Bumrah/Shami 2019/20. A+++ team of India had first test 10 wicket defeat, second test 7 wicket defeat.

Watch.....

Wouldn't surprise be if india A team beat nz main team either.

He'll reserve players of india would smash indian main team

A furious Steve Waugh has accused the International Cricket Council and administrators from leading nations of ignoring the welfare of Test cricket after South Africa prioritised their Twenty20 competition over a tour of New Zealan“Obviously they don’t care,” Waugh told this masthead after South Africa named seven uncapped players in their 14-man squad to face the Black Caps in a two-Test series next month.

why do you think IPL owners are buying every team under the sun, across multiple geographies (UAE, SA, USA). they want to disrupt and knock out all obstacles to their plans. CSA being forced to guarantee it's contracted players choose SA20 over tests is just one example. so yeh i hold IPL and BCCI accountable for the death of test cricket. they chose to monetise the sport instead of preserving the game's most precious format

Just accept the fact that test cricket cannot survive on it's own. It requires tax payers money to survive. While T20 cricket is growing even without indian money or viewers.

This was bound to happen with Indian cricket on the decline with zero ICC trophies.

Fans don't care and just want time pass games.

Even test cricket viewership in India is super poor. Even in Australia only boxing day test gets full house out of tradition. From day 2 its empty unless it's Ashes which has a strong story.

People forget that BCCI was vehemently against T20 until Dhoni won the T20 cup which brought immense interest in T20 and IPL was born.

Had Dhoni lost that cup like Rohit Sharma and Kohli did, T20 wouldn't have caught on so quickly.

This is the result of Cricket's decline as a whole as you cannot have one country like India carry lions share of the revenue and still keep losing ICC trophies.

With Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka's decline in the sport, it has made it even worse where subcontinent interest has gone down.

Once England and South Africa become the level of Sri Lanka eventually, it will be the death of cricket as there won't be any fun in the sport anymore.

The biggest blame for this is Indian culture of prioritizing cricket over all sports and being too greedy to share the wealth and plan ahead.

So many useless bilateral tours with SL, BD etc. Where not a single new fan was created. Instead this could have been invested in better organizational structure in the US.

Not creating Cricket interest in rich nations like USA, Germany, France etc. Like soccer did was going to create this mess anyway.

Just look at Baseball and American football, it's all clubs and zero international games. It looks like Cricket will become this way in India where you will call IPL "World Series".

I laugh at the fan cheerleaders for Rohit, Kohli, Sachin, Gill, Rahul etc. These might be the final record makers as there will be no one to beat their records once cricket dies. They milked the money playing for 20+ years.
