Holysmoke Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Re: Just in - Ganguly Injured Where did you read/hear this news Rajeev? And holy, How can Sree cause ankle injury to a batsman? Former Team India captain Sourav Ganguly was hit by pacer Sreesanth during nets on Thursday. However, physio John Gloster told The Telegraph there was absolutely no cause for any concern. ?Sourav batted for quite a while afterwards and he is absolutely fit,? he said. Sourav, therefore, should take the field in Friday?s warm-up match against the West Indies. http://www.telegraphindia.com/1070309/asp/sports/story_7493322.asp

head coach Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Re: Just in - Ganguly Injured Rediff news: Former captain Sourav Ganguly is down on his knees after being hit on the thumb by S Sreesanth during India's training session. Injuries are so common nowadays that you dont even need to mention hit by a ball :wall:
