I think he played U19 in 2006 with likes of Morgan, Pujara, Mushfiqur, Rohit, Jadeja etc as captain of England side.

Gabriel retired coz he got a bumper offer from Legends League. Plus he is 37

Livingstone is not going to retire at 31.
