Well these state associations are more corrupt than BCCI. Also giving good facilities and clean environment is an alien concept for us Indians lol. Change will happen but slowly.

State associations probably are more involved and maybe Government as well.

But you seriously think India can construct a advanced multi purpose stadium like we saw in Optus Perth?  That Engineering marvel is well beyond us.

I don't think India has a stadium of the quality of even Joburg Wanderers tbh & SA is closest (better) than us in terms of HDI.

 

There is a reason Aus are hosting Olympics and CWG for so long.
