It's a no-brainer to go with spinners on these slow, turning pitches against Aus and SA. They'll eat our pacers alive in PP as we don't have Bumrah. So why not go with our spinners and make the most of our strength?

 

Will be extremely disappointed if we don't play 4 spinners in the SF and Final.

Ashwin has always been a big backer of Chakri, even when the latter was not in reckoning 1-2 years back, features in many of Ashwin's TNPL related vlogs.

Use these mystery spinners when opponents can't pick them. 2 ICC tourneys scheduled in 12 months gap, big opportunity. Ajanta Mendis wasn't a great bowler, but in 2008 won them the Asia Cup and test series against peak India. When we toured there again in 2010, got smashed like a club bowler.
