India A needs to play more matches

Hope guys here remember india A used to play lot of games pre covid. I think bcci need to revive it once again. If not aus or eng we can atlest tour sa or nz or even sl once in a year. It improve our cricket

Young talented ,players should be playing India A matches.

 

Tried and tested players Mukesh Kumar,Avesh,Karun, should not be playing India A matches.

 

The A matches should be a platform to identify and select players who are needed in Team India,a couple of openers, fast bowlers pace bowling allrounders should be identified and groomed.

 

Ayush Mhatre,Raghuvanshi,Riyan Parag,Tilak Varma,Tyagi,Bawa,Shendge,Suthar,Rathod, should be selected for A team

BCCI always schedules A tours ahead of India's overseas tours to SENA. India sent their A team to Australia just before India went there for a Test series and now again before this series India A played England Lions. I don't think they do it regularly to SA and NZ. They should do it so that the players can get ready and get used to those conditions.

Important to schedule more A tour and ensure only those doing well in FC play them.

 

Then we can select the Test team based on IPL

As long as they don't use the A team as a consolation prize for older guys who weren't selected for the 1st team.

They should make the full-strength Indian Test team play a 5-day match against India A before every home season. It would be good exposure for the India A players and also show us where the Test team really stands.

This team would beat our current (excuse of a) Test team comfortably:

Indrajith
Rinku
Kotian
H Dubey
Suthar
Gurnoor
Yudhvir

And it should only have players who are on the younger side and the potential to play tests. No more Easwaran. Jalaj Saxena. Khaleel. etc.

The A squad should consist of players who are doing well in domestic recently.

This selection committee is selecting Rahul,Jurel,Prasidh,Axar ,Siraj in A team instead of Yash Rathod, etc.

 

Some tried and failed A players Said,Khaleel, should not be considered and Young players is Aaqib,Kotian,Yudhveer, should be considered
